Software Services include: Marketing and Sales Portal, CRM, Website Text Widget and marketing dashboard, DMS integrations, AI Lead Gen and Assignment engine, AI Smart Chat bot, OEM lead Gen Platform, Mobile CRM and TEXT widget apps

Job Description:

We are seeking an individual who has experience with selling advertising software and services to the Powersports, RV, Marine, or Automotive Industries, at the dealership level. Knowledge and experience in digital advertising channels are required to be successful in this position. Knowing how a dealership works and speaking to issues a Sales Manager, GM, and Owner are concerned with daily is also valuable in this position.

This individual will work directly with the COO to develop and expand our sales efforts. We create leads from our BDC, Google Search, Conventions, AI Lead Gen, Blog Posting, and more. You will be required to contact leads the flow into our CRM, set up and manage your meetings, collect pain points, customize a proposal to the customers' needs, and close the sale. You will be expected as well to contact key decision makers on your own with our 1,000s of potential customers in our CRM. Many dealers are not happy with services they are currently using and are looking for improved products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • To work our sales leads they are populated to our CRM from our lead gen channels introduce yourself and set up meetings.
  • To develop leads by contacting key decision-makers of potential customers.
  • To schedule meetings, and present the R2R value proposition for software and services.
  • After a successful introduction to R2R, analysis of customers' current services and service providers identifying the challenges, pain points, agreement terms, budget, and cost constraints.
  • To nurture a consulting relationship with customers and effectively close business with the improved software and services that R2R provides.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to manage sales leads and your book of business for contract renewals and cross-selling new products.

Qualifications:

  • A record of successful experience selling software and advertising services to Powersports, RV, Marine, or Automotive industries at the Dealership level.
  • To demonstrate knowledge and experience in digital marketing channels at the dealership level.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with great time management skills.
  • Solutions-oriented thinker to consult with customers motivating them to build a software and services solution game plan for their dealership.
  • People Skills. Make a friend with every gatekeeper and decision maker helping you close more sales.
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Calander, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams Meetings, and Google Meet.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Powersports, Marine, or RV industries is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with AI Lead Generation is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
